You need continuity.
And a plan.
If your current provider is ending the relationship, start with the timeline, access, and support your business needs next.

But here you are. The right next step depends on what changed—and what your business needs to keep moving.

You shouldn’t have to commit to a new IT relationship before understanding the approach. Here’s where the conversation starts.
Let’s discuss your next stepWhat changed? What’s working? What’s urgent? Start with the business and the people who depend on it.
Discuss the environment, support gaps, and responsibilities. Make the scope clear before comparing proposals.
Work through the handoff, timing, and communication your team will need—then decide whether we’re the right fit.

A FAIR QUESTION
You’ve got a quote in front of you, and some of it looks like things you already have or could buy cheaper on your own. Asking about that is reasonable. We’d rather answer it here than in a negotiation.
The short version: the tools aren’t what you’re paying for. They’re how the work gets done, and most of them only work if we can see the whole picture.
Ask us what’s in the stack and whyModern endpoint detection works by watching behavior across every machine and spotting the pattern: a credential used somewhere it shouldn’t be, a process doing something it has never done before. Cover eight of ten machines and you haven’t got 80% of the protection. You’ve got two machines nobody is watching, and those are the two that matter.
A backup nobody monitors still runs every night. It just doesn’t restore. Everything in our stack reports to one place, so a quiet failure surfaces in days rather than the week you actually need it.
Same idea from your side of it. When someone calls, we’re on the machine in a couple of minutes instead of scheduling a visit. That only works if the tooling is already deployed and current everywhere, not on the nine desks that got done last spring.
If half your environment is managed and half isn’t, problems live in the gap. We won’t promise you an outcome for something we can’t see.
We handle it through our CSP agreement. When something breaks in your tenant we can act on it directly, instead of opening a ticket with a reseller you’ve never met and waiting. Adds, removes, and license changes happen the same day. One invoice, one number to call.
Where we do flex: hardware you already own, the line-of-business applications and vendors you already work with, and the pace — nothing says we change everything in week one.
What we don’t split: endpoint protection, remote support, monitoring, backup, and patching. Those five are how we know your environment is actually okay.
