Fifteen or twenty minutes, on the calendar, no phone tag.

We ask what changed.
What’s working, what isn’t, what’s urgent, and who depends on it. Mostly we listen.

You get a straight answer.
Sometimes that’s what we’d do and roughly what it costs. Sometimes it’s that you don’t need us yet, or that what you’ve got is fine. We’d rather tell you that than sell you something.
What this isn’t
It isn’t a sales call, and there’s no proposal at the end unless you ask for one. We’re not going to run a security scare deck at you. If it’s not a fit, we’ll say so—and usually point you somewhere better.
