MANAGED IT

What we cover,
and how we work.

Green Link Tech runs as one flat-fee managed service. You don’t assemble it piece by piece—that’s covered in why we don’t split the stack. Here’s what’s actually included.

Endpoint protection

Modern endpoint detection watches behavior across every machine—a credential used somewhere it shouldn’t be, a process doing something it’s never done before. This is where attacks have gotten sharper, and it’s the one piece we won’t compromise on.

Remote support

Most issues get fixed without anyone driving anywhere. When someone calls, we’re already on the machine.

Monitoring & patching

Every environment we manage reports to one place. Patches go out on a schedule instead of whenever someone remembers. A quiet failure surfaces in days, not the week you’d actually need it.

Backup

Backups get checked, not just scheduled. A backup nobody watches still runs every night—it just doesn’t restore.

Microsoft 365

We manage 365 through our own CSP agreement, so when something breaks in your tenant we can act on it directly instead of opening a ticket with a reseller you’ve never met.

Self-storage & multi-property operators

A meaningful share of our clients run self-storage portfolios—properties we’ve picked up through the management companies that operate them, in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and Arizona. Trusted Self Storage Professionals is one of them: we handled the technology readiness for their Morrison portfolio transition, standardizing and deploying workstations across multiple facilities on a weekend cutover with zero disruption to their team.

Storage operators run lean, with unattended access systems, remote gate hardware, and IT that has to work the same way at every property without a technician standing by. That’s the environment we’re set up for.

Who this is for

Small and mid-sized businesses in San Antonio and the surrounding area who want an environment somebody actually owns, not IT they have to manage themselves. We work with clients running as few as two devices and as many as eighty or more across multiple sites—size isn’t the qualifier. If a provider is moving on, you’ve inherited a system from someone else, or your internal team is stretched too thin, this is built for exactly that.
